Commands

  1. Use /ticket setup to prepare the ticket system.
  2. Use /ticket panel to post the player-facing panel.
  3. Use /ticket style, /ticket welcome, and /ticket colours to match your server.
  4. Use /ticket close, /ticket finish, and /ticket refresh for staff handling.

Ticket opening questions

  • Write the welcome message like staff instructions: what happened, gamertag, time, screenshots, and which server.
  • Keep ticket permissions simple so players can open tickets but cannot see other players’ support channels.
