    By using the Legion Killfeed services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services:

    You must follow any policies made available to you within the services.
    Do not misuse our services. For example; or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.
  • Do not interfere with our services.
  • Do not try to access our services using any method/methods other than the instructions that we provide.
  • Do not use our services for any illegal purposes.
  • Do not interfere with any other person's use of our services.
  • Do not use our services in any way that is harmful to others.
  • Do not partake in any slanderous activities against our service or our staff.
    • That includes harassment allegations or claims against us or our staff without legitimate proof. NOTE: We do not consider 'foul language', 'blunt attitude' or 'lack of political correctness' to be a negligible factor.

Subscription and Billing:

  • By subscribing to Legion Killfeed, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription period selected.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these terms.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for the subscription period that remains active.
  • NOTE: We believe in operating in good faith so we will refund depending on the circumstances, time remaining & attitude we are treated with

Intellectual Property:

  • All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Legion Killfeed and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination:

  • In the event that you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services
  • We may also suspend or terminate your access to our services if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
  • We will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination.
  • The bot will be removed from your discord and your discord data will be purged from our system.

Limitation of Liability:

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legion Killfeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law:

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia.

No Refund Policy:

    All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except in the event of a system error or other extraordinary circumstances as determined by Legion Killfeed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this no refund policy.

As Is Policy:

  • Legion Killfeed provides its services "as is." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of the information provided through our service. While we strive to deliver the most reliable and functional killfeed bot, there may be occasional errors, omissions, or delays.
  • By using Legion Killfeed, you understand and accept that any reliance on the information and services we provide is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Abuse of Services:

  • Legion Killfeed takes abuse of its services seriously. Any misuse, unauthorized distribution, or attempts to exploit our content, including reverse-engineering or data scraping, will result in permanent suspension of your account and denial of access to our services.
  • Additionally, any attempts to disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of Legion Killfeed or its associated systems will not be tolerated and may result in legal action.
  • We strive to create a fair and secure environment for all our subscribers, and we appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards.

Privacy & Data


Data Collection - We collect the following:

  • Logs Data: We collect and store the data from logs as stats.
  • API Tokens: We collect Nitrado API tokens to access and logs from your Nitrado.net account.
  • Gamertags: We collect and storage your Gamertags for statistics.
Discord Data: We collect and store the following data from Discord:
  • Server ID
  • Channel ID
  • User IDs for linked accounts
  • Messages related to log outputs
  • Command usage

Data Usage - We use your data as follows:

  • API Tokens: We collect Nitrado API tokens to access and logs from your Nitrado.net account.
  • Discord Data: We collect and store the following data from Discord:
  • API Tokens: Tokens are used solely to authenticate and access logs from Nitrado.net.
  • Discord Data: Discord Data is used to deliver and display logs in your Discord server.
  • Logs Data: Server Data is used to retrieve logs and update stats.
  • Server Stats: Server Logs are used to update stats for your servers using Legion Killfeed.
  • Global Stats: Server Logs are used to update stats globally across all servers using Legion Killfeed.

Data Retention and Deletion - Upon bot removal:

  • All related Discord data, including channel and user information, will be automatically deleted from our database.
  • The Nitrado API token associated with your account will also be deleted immediately.

Security:

    We prioritize the security of your data and implement industry-standard practices to protect it. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
  • As we've experienced the toxicity of the DayZ community countless times we understand what you go through.
  • As an extra layer of security, all subscribers (the person who pays & sets up the token) MUST be in our support discord to use our bot.
  • They don't have to talk, it's just so the enabling of the killfeed is handled internally and closely monitored.

Changes to This Privacy Policy:

  • We may update our privacy policy from time to time.
  • We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated privacy policy here.
  • You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes.
