Readable support cases
Each ticket keeps the player, opening context, staff replies and close action together. It is useful for PVP reports, missing items, donation questions, base issues, ban appeals and setup support.
Support cases in Discord
The ticket system gives players a clear place to report problems, ask for help or submit server issues while keeping each case contained for staff.
Owners set up the ticket panel, colours and welcome wording. Players open a ticket from the panel, answer the server’s opening questions and staff handle the case in one thread or channel instead of chasing reports through general chat.
Each ticket keeps the player, opening context, staff replies and close action together. It is useful for PVP reports, missing items, donation questions, base issues, ban appeals and setup support.
When the panel needs to be reposted or style changes are made, staff can refresh the embeds instead of rebuilding the whole ticket system from scratch.
/ticket setup creates the panel and stores the ticket behaviour.
/ticket colours shows the available embed colour choices. /ticket refresh
reposts the panel embeds after changes. /ticket close closes the active case when staff are
done.
