Search players, review locations, force link or unlink accounts, check fights, and handle support actions from Discord.

Act from records

Moderation commands are for staff decisions after something has been reviewed.

Feeds, logs, tickets, linked accounts, and location records explain why action is needed. Moderation commands let staff take that action.

Keep these commands restricted to staff roles because they can affect player identity, support cases, and server enforcement.

Use commands after checking the record.

Moderation tools work best when staff can point to the feed post, ticket, log entry, linked account, or location record that explains the action.

Fast staff commands

Owners need fast staff tools during peak play, when nobody has time to open multiple panels.

Good moderation commands keep support decisions consistent and reduce arguments in public chat.

Commands

  1. Use /admin players search when staff need to find a player record.
  2. Use /admin players locations to review location records.
  3. Use /admin force link or /admin force unlink only when staff intentionally correct a Discord-to-gamertag link.
  4. Use /fight and /admin force fight for fight-related review where configured.
  5. Use /ticket close for staff ticket handling.

Role restrictions

  • Restrict these commands by role. Player identity and location commands should not be public.
  • Use feed records before taking action; moderation commands are stronger when staff can point to the evidence.

Commands and options

Copy the command name, then fill in the Discord options listed under it. Discord shows the option fields after the command is selected.

/admin players search
  • gamertag: optional gamertag or @user.
/admin players locations
  • No extra typed fields.
/admin force link
  • member and gamertag fields are requested by Discord.
/admin force unlink
  • member/gamertag fields are requested by Discord.
/fight
  • member: Discord member to challenge.
/admin force fight
  • member fields are requested by Discord.
/ticket close
  • No extra typed fields.
