Membership - Premium access for Legion Killfeed

Legion Killfeed is a self-serve software service for DayZ console servers. By purchasing or subscribing, you are paying for access to the Legion Killfeed service, Discord bot features, setup tools, support channels, and Nitrado-based activation system.

All payments are final. Legion Killfeed does not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription time, failure to follow setup instructions, no longer owning or using a DayZ server, leaving the Discord server, cancelling after a billing renewal, choosing another service, or issues caused by Nitrado, Discord, PayPal, Ko-fi, server configuration, user error, missing permissions, invalid tokens, expired tokens, revoked tokens, or third-party platform outages.

Leaving the Discord server does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the payment platform used to subscribe. If the subscription was made through Ko-fi, cancellation is managed at https://ko-fi.com/manage.

Legion Killfeed does not store, process, or directly charge payment cards. Billing is handled by third-party payment providers.

This policy does not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded. If Legion Killfeed has a major fault or fails to provide the paid service in a way covered by applicable consumer law, we will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law. Where a problem is minor, Legion Killfeed may choose to fix the issue, restore access, correct the service, or provide another lawful remedy.

Refund requests based only on change of mind, misunderstanding the service, failure to complete setup, failure to provide a valid Nitrado token, or failure to cancel a recurring subscription before renewal will not be approved.

Legion Killfeed is software as a service. No physical product is shipped, posted, couriered, or delivered by mail.

Access is provided digitally through Discord and the Legion Killfeed bot. The service is self-serve. After subscribing, the customer is responsible for linking the required account access, inviting the bot where required, and providing a valid Nitrado long-life token so Legion Killfeed can connect to the customer’s DayZ console server.

Activation requires a valid Nitrado token. The token must belong to the Nitrado account that controls the DayZ server being connected. Legion Killfeed cannot activate, read logs, edit files, or manage server data without a valid token and the required permissions.

Because this is a digital service, there are no shipping fees, delivery companies, tracking numbers, customs charges, import duties, or physical delivery times.

Service availability depends on the customer completing setup correctly and on third-party platforms including Discord, Nitrado, Ko-fi, PayPal, and related hosting or API services. Delays caused by incorrect setup, missing permissions, invalid tokens, revoked tokens, Nitrado outages, Discord outages, payment-provider delays, or customer-side server configuration are not shipping delays and do not create a refund entitlement by themselves.

Once the bot has access to a valid Nitrado token and the required Discord permissions, Legion Killfeed can begin providing its digital services as close to real-time as Nitrado allows.
